SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days , except on a Friday, when orders are dispatched the following Monday. Delivery normally takes place within 1 to 3 business days. However, during sales events deliveries may take up to 5 business days. Our delivery team will be in touch on the day to notify the same.

Goods will be delivered according to the following guidelines:

  1. Delivery will be made to the Buyer via Whey up Nutrition courier service.
  2. The delivery will be made to the specified physical address provided in the online order form.
  3. Deliveries will be scheduled on any day from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.
  4. During sale events, limited weekend deliveries may occur.

If the Buyer fails to accept the delivery properly, the Goods will be considered delivered, and the risk will pass to the Buyer, including any loss or damage caused by the Company's negligence.

Complaints and Defective Goods:

  1. Any complaint regarding short delivery or defects that could be reasonably discovered upon inspection must be reported to the Company within 7 days of receiving the Goods. The complaint must be confirmed in writing by the Buyer during that time.
  2. The Company will provide credit for defective Goods if the conditions of sale and delivery are met, and the defective Goods are returned to the Company properly identified and appropriately packaged. For more information on product exchanges and credit, please refer to the exchange policy.

Delivery Timeframes:

  1. Any delivery dates specified by the Company are estimates, and delivery time shall not be considered crucial.
  2. Current delivery fees can be found at the checkout page.

Delivery Schedule and Refusals:

  1. Deliveries will not be made on weekends and public holidays unless during specified sale events when limited weekend deliveries may occur.
  2. While we strive to effect deliveries within the mentioned time, we shall not be liable for delays in delivery, and refusal of acceptance for such late deliveries is not permitted.
  3. Upon delivery, the person present at the specified address will sign the official delivery note. This signature will confirm the delivery of the purchased Goods.
  4. For verification purposes, the person receiving the delivery may be asked to present identification. Anyone receiving the products at the delivery address on your behalf will be assumed to be authorized to accept the delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts:

  1. If no one is available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time, the Whey up nutrition courier driver will return the products to our warehouse and leave a notice at the delivery address.
  2. The delivery service will make an effort to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. An additional delivery fee may be charged under such circumstances, at our discretion.

 

Risk/Title

  1. Risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery.
  2. Ownership of the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Company has received in full (in cash or cleared funds) all sums due to it in respect of the Goods; and all other sums which are or which become due to the Company from the Buyer on any account.

 

Price & Payment

  1. Unless otherwise agreed by the Company in writing, the price for the Goods shall be the price set out on the Company’s website as at the date of delivery or deemed delivery. The Company reserves the right to alter the prices of any goods and services from time to time and without prior notice to you.
  2. Payment for the Goods shall be made, without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim whatsoever. We will debit the total value of your online order against the payment card tendered by you during the online order process. Time for payment shall be of the essence.
  3. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until the Company has received cleared funds via the payment gate.
  4. By submitting your order, name, ID number and payment card details you warrant that you are over the age of 18 (eighteen), are authorised to make payment with the payment card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.
  5. All payments payable to the Company under the Contract shall become due immediately on its termination despite any other provision or any act or proceedings which involve the solvency of the Buyer.

Cancellation

  1. You must notify us in writing within 24 hours after submission of the online order of your intention to cancel the Contract/order. Notification of cancellation must be submitted to: support@wheyupnutritiongy.com. It will only be possible to cancel the order if it has not already been sent out for delivery. If it has been sent out for delivery already you will have to wait for the parcel to arrive and then still email us at support@wheyupnutritiongy.com.
  2. Cancellation of Contracts/orders will be accepted at our sole and absolute discretion and we do not provide a warranty that any cancellation of any order will be accepted.
  3. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the Contract and the cancellation thereof.
